Homemade Garlic and Herb Croutons:

- 2 cups of seven grain baguette, chopped into small cubes
- 1/2 tbsp basil olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced finely
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with tin foil then coat it with cooking spray.
Cut the bread into small cubes. Drizzle the basil olive oil all over the bread then add the minced garlic, fresh parsley, and season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste. Toss to coat evenly with your fingers. Pour the croutons onto the baking sheet.
Place into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown. Cool and store in an airtight container until you use. Enjoy!
