Fruit Kebabs with Melted Chocolate

This is a very quick and easy way to make your children smile. It's also a great way to get them to eat fruit! I made these kebabs for my kids' after school snack and they were a huge hit. My son said that any child would love them and my daughter said I was a great mom. They both gave the fruit kebabs with melted chocolate two thumbs up - you can't beat that!

Fruit Kebabs with Melted Chocolate:
Recipe and photos by For the Love of Cooking.net
  • Strawberries, sliced in half
  • Pineapple, sliced
  • Cherries
  • Clementine, peeled and separated
  • Raspberries
  • Shish kebab sticks
  • Milk chocolate chips, melted
Thread the fruit onto the skewers until you reach the top of the skewer.

Place the chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl and cook them on half power for 40 seconds. Stir the chocolate chips until thoroughly melted.

Serve the kebabs with the melted chocolate and watch your kids' faces light up. Enjoy.
