Fran's Simple Vinaigrette:

- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 3 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste (lots of pepper)
I like to make the dressing at least an hour before serving so the flavors have time to mingle. Combine all ingredients and whisk thoroughly before tossing on your favorite salad. Enjoy.
